摘要
经济的发展和教育消费的升级,带给中国早教行业广阔的发展空间。应用英语(早教)专业学生职业技能是早教中心师资素质的重要组成部分,也是衡量高职应用英语(早教)毕业生是否合格的重要依据。要根据社会发展的需求,科学地建立与专业培养相匹配的职业技能培训模型与考核制度,促进学生技能开发,培养更多适应社会需要的专业人才。
The booming economy and upgrading of educational consumption brings a broad prospect for early education industry in China. The Applied English (Early Education) majors play an important role in early education centers. Their professional skills are basic reference to evaluate whether they are quali- fied or not. The development of the society asks for the institute to establish a set of scientific training model and assessment systems for the majors. Only in this way could more normalized professionals be cultivated to fit in with the needs of the public.
