摘要
随着教师专业化的发展,英国中小学教师质量保障逐渐形成了一个动态的、完善的体系。梳理职前教育的质量保障、新教师入职培训质量保障和在职教师专业发展的质量保障三个领域,在每个领域分别从法律法规、机构建设、具体实践和评价与督导四个方面探讨对我国中小学教师质量保障的启示。
With the development of teacher professionalization, the quality assurance of primary and secondary school teachers in Britain gradually formed a dynamic and perfect system. The article reviews three important areas of quality assurance of initial teacher education, new teacher induction education and in-service teacher professional development. Laws and regulations, organization construction, concrete practice and evaluation and supervision are studied systematically and deeply in each field. And in this ways, this paper discusses the enlightenment of quality assurance for primary and secondary school teachers in China.
