大学生网络舆论道德失范的心理溯源及对策

The Research on Psychological Causes and Countermeasures for Moral Abnormality of Network Consensus of College Students

网络赋予了大学生言论自由的极大空间,随之产生的网络舆论语言暴力、虚构事实、人身攻击等现象,反映出大学生网络舆论道德失范问题愈演愈烈。大学生网络舆论道德失范问题的产生与自身心理环境密不可分,包括发泄、焦虑、归属需要等个体心理驱动原因,以及从众等群体心理作用。强化立德树人、注重榜样引领和道德熏陶,利用网络教育平台、创新心理健康教育路径,转变教育管理方式、加强高校网络舆情疏导和管理,有效应对大学生网络舆论道德失范问题。

The Internet era, while facilitating the exchange of ideas and information among college students, it provides them with spacious room for freedom of speech. The ensuing phenomena such as ver- bal violence, fictional facts and personal attacks on the Internet media reflect the intensifying problem of college students＇ moral abnormality of network consensus. The research reveals that the generation of the college students＇ moral abnormality of network consensus is inseparable from their own psychological en- vironment, either motivated by individual psychology of venting, anxiety and the need of a sense of be- longing or driven by the social psychology, like combinatorial effect. Therefore, it is suggested that mea- sures should be taken to strengthen moral education and cultivate people with paying attention to role model and moral edification, to innovate the approach of mental health education by using online educa- tion platforms, also to transfer educational management models for better network public opinion guidance and management in colleges and universities, so that we can effectively cope with the problem of college students＇ moral abnormality of network consensus.
