摘要
"治未病"思想下构建高校"六位一体"青春健康教育模式,旨在有效推动高校青春健康教育的开展,体现教育的终极价值。高校"六位一体"青春健康教育模式的四大理论基础为中医"治未病"的预防思想、生物心理社会模式、健康信念模式和计划行为理论。实施该模式应遵循的三大原则是全面性、主体性和发展性原则。高校"六位一体"青春健康教育模式的方法为:强调性道德伦理,做好未雨绸缪;加强青春健康教育与多学科融合,形成"线上+线下"协同模式;引入学分制,采用朋辈辅导;重视团队建设,积极发挥服务功能。
In order to promote the youth health education, and to reflect the ultimate value of the ed- ucation, it is necessary to construct the "Six-in-One" mode of youth health education in the university under the guidance of the principle of "preventive intervention before a formed disease". Firstly, the theo- retical basis of the mode is the principle of "preventive intervention before a formed disease", the biopsy- chosocial model, the health belief model and the theory of planned behavior. Secondly, the three principles of the model when implementing are comprehensiveness, subjectivity and expansibility. Thirdly, the meth- ods of the model include emphasizing the sexual morality and ethics, and taking the preventive measures; strengthening the integration of the youth health education and multidisciplinary, and forming the "online+ offline" collaborative model; introducing the credit system, and using the peer counseling; attaching impor- tance to the team building, and actively giving play to the service function.
