义务段学生综合素养培养新路径——以宁波市海曙区为例

摘要 在区域改革学生评价制度的过程中,海曙区创新开展"海之梦"中小学生社会综合实践活动,整合区域社会资源,围绕"全实景、浸润型"的职场工作场景体验,需求与岗位对接、实景与安全并重、标准与制度配套,实现中小学暑期社会实践活动的优质化、实效性、可持续,推动学生与社会良性互动,以培养义务段学生的综合素养。 In the process of reforming the student evaluation system in Haishu District, Haishu District innovatively can'ies out the comprehensive social practice activities for primary and secondary school students of "Sea Dream", integrates regional social resources, and centers on the experience of "panoramic real scene and infiltration type" workplace work scene, attaches equal importance to demand and post docking, real scene and safety, and matches standards and systems. At present, the summer social practice activities in primary and secondary schools are of high quality, effectiveness and sustainability, promoting the positive interaction between students and society, so as to cultivate the comprehensive quality of students in the compulsory stage.
