摘要
为提高流量测量准确度,在传统时差法流量测量理论的基础上,研究并实现了一种倒差式超声波流量测量方法。将温度、超声波速度以及液体流速给测量结果带来的影响进行了分析,从根本上减少了流量测量结果的影响因素,并提出了改进方法。通过实验验证了改进措施的可行性及准确度。实验数据表明,对影响因素进行误差补偿后,流量测量结果的准确度和稳定性明显提高。
In order to improve the accuracy of flowmeasurement,based on the traditional time-difference flowmeasurement theory,a fallback ultrasonic flowmeasurement method was studied and implemented. The influence of temperature,ultrasonic speed,and liquid flowrate on the measurement results was analyzed,fundamentally reducing the influencing factors of flowmeasurement results,an improved method was proposed. The experiment verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the improved measures. The experimental data shows that the accuracy and stability of the flowmeasurement result are significantly improved after error compensation of the influencing factors.
