摘要
发动机工作中曲轴承受着周期性变化的交变载荷,会引起曲轴的疲劳失效。对曲轴三维模型进行基于有限元法的疲劳强度分析。用Hyper Mesh建立曲轴网格模型,使用Abaqus加载弹簧约束、余弦载荷,使计算模型更接近于实际工况,得到曲轴应力载荷分布图;计算出曲轴强度安全系数,并对其进行校核,最后提出提高曲轴疲劳强度的措施。
Periodic change of alternating load on crankshaft of working engine will cause the fatigue failure of the crankshaft. The crankshaft 3D model for fatigue strength is analyzed based on finite element method( fem). Firstly using Hyper Mesh to establish the crankshaft mesh model and then using Abaqus to load the spring constraint and cosine load,the computational model is closer to the actual working condition,the stress load distribution diagram of the crankshaft is obtained,the strength and safety coefficient of the crankshaft is calculated and checked,and the measures to improve the fatigue strength of the crankshaft are proposed.
