珠三角城际铁路轨道减振方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 珠三角城际铁路具有规划线路多、线路网络密集、多穿越城市中心城区等特点,对减振降噪有着特殊要求,结合资料调研和仿真分析,对适用于珠三角城际铁路的轨道减振方案开展系统研究。通过调研国内外无砟轨道减振措施,结合珠三角城际铁路技术标准的特点,推荐该地区城际铁路轨道减振宜采用减振型双块式无砟轨道。经静、动力学分析,提出减振型双块式无砟轨道设计参数的合理取值范围:道床板长度宜取值为6~8 m;在结构、限界等条件允许的前提下,道床板厚度宜尽量取较大的值;隔振垫刚度建议取0.025~0.04 N/mm3。当道床板厚度取353 mm,长度取值为6~8 m,隔振垫刚度取值为0.025~0.04 N/mm3时,减振型双块式无砟轨道可减振8 d B及以上。 The Pearl River Delta Intercity Railway has is characterized by multi planned routes and dense network with many lines crossing the city center,and special measures are required to reduce vibration and noise. Based on information investigation and simulation analysis,this paper focuses on the vibration reduction schemes applicable for the railway. In view of vibration reduction measures taken at home and abroad and combined with the characteristics of technical standards of the railway,this study suggests that the damping effective Double-Block Ballastless Track is to be used. The static and dynamic analysis defines the reasonable range of design parameters for damping effective Double-Block Ballastless Track,and the length of the slab should be 6 - 8 meters. The slab thickness is advised to take a bigger value as the structure and gauges may permit. The suggested stiffness of vibration isolation pad is 0. 025 -0. 04 N/mm3. The damping effective Double-Block Ballastless Track can reduce vibration by more than8 d B when 353 mm of slab thickness,6 - 8 m of slab length and 0. 025 - 0. 04 N/mm3 of the stiffness of vibration isolating pad are selected.
