包西高铁铜川至延安段速度目标值方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 包西高速铁路铜川至延安段不仅要满足快速、直达的高速路网功能,还要体现高服务频率的城际功能,速度目标值的选择是项目建设难点之一。从时间目标值、工程投资、路网协调性、客流吸引力、经济效益、建设时序等方面进行综合分析,统筹考虑高铁通道对速度目标值的需求和局部段落满足城际铁路功能时对速度目标值的需求,最终得出本线应采用250 km/h、预留350 km/h的速度目标值方案。 The section between Tongchuan and Yan'an on Baotou-Xi'an High Speed Railway should not only have the fast and nonstop function of the high-speed railway network,but also have the high frequency service function of the intercity railway. The selection of the target speed value is one of the difficulties of this project. This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the time of target value,project investment,network coordination,passenger flow attraction,economic benefits,construction sequence and other aspects,and defines the requirement of the high speed railway corridor on speed target value and that of the local sections on speed target value to meet the needs of intercity railway functions.
