俄罗斯莫喀高铁项目站场设计特点及案例分析

Study on Design Peculiarities of High-speed Railway Yard on Moscow ～ Kazan Railway in Russia

莫喀高铁项目是中国高铁走出海外大国"第一单",首先介绍俄罗斯高铁"莫斯科—喀山段"项目的项目概况,然后从站场专业角度,介绍中国高铁技术与传统铁路大国设计规范相结合所得技术成果,最后通过一些典型案例分享在项目设计过程中的一些处理经验。通过本文可以得出:作为传统铁路大国的俄罗斯对高铁设计在车站布置形式、行车组织方式、设计参数、环境保护、各设计阶段要求的设计精度、安全控制措施、设计表达方式、在舒适度方面的要求等诸多方面均与我国存在差异,今后在碰到类似问题时可参照本文处理思路及办法以解决问题,对我国高铁技术走向海外国际大国在设计方面具有借鉴意义。

The high-speed railway project from Moscow to Kazan in Russia is the first one designed on Chinese high speed railway standard. This paper introduces the general situation of the project,sums up the main technical achievements in railway yard and terminal design resulting from the combination of high-speed railway technology of China and the design specifications of the traditional railway power. This paper lays out typical cases and experiences during the project design. It is concluded that Russia as a traditional railroad power is different from China in designing high-speed railway,such as the layout form of railway yard,driving organization mode,design parameters,environmental protection,design accuracy required at each design stage,safety controls,design expressions,comfort requirements,and so on. The ideas and solutions provided by this paper can be employed to solve problems and referenced to help high-speed railway design technology of China into big countries abroad.
