既有港区铁路集装箱场方案设计研究——以宁波穿山港铁路穿山港站集装箱场为例

Research on Design of Railway Container Yard in Existing Port Area——Taking the Design Layout of Container Yard of Chuanshan Port Station of Chuanshan Port Railway for Example

对既有港区铁路集装箱场设计方案铁路部门和港区往往有不同意见,经常会影响到铁路建设的正常进行。以宁波穿山港铁路穿山港站集装箱场设计为例,通过对穿山港区集装箱作业流程和穿山港站承担铁路货流特点进行分析,经比选推荐铁路集装箱不进港区堆场方案。该方案通过采取调整穿山港区海关卡口位置等有效措施,也能达到进港区堆场的效果,并对铁路集装箱的车流组织和海铁联运作业流程进行论述。该设计思路对既有港区引入铁路运输时的场站规划及建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

The railway administration often has different opinions with the port about the design layout of container yard in the existing port area,which often affects the normal operation of railway construction.Taking the port container yard design of Chuanshan port yard as an example,this paper analyzes the operation process of container in Chuanshan port area and cargo flow characteristics of Chuanshan port railway and recommends the scheme,in which containers are taken without entering port yard by adjusting the location of the port customs checkpost and other effective measures. And then this paper discusses the railway container transport organization and the processes of sea-rail combined transport.The design concept has certain reference significance for yard and station planning and construction when railway transportation is introduced in existing port area.
