摘要
为了研究大断面泥水盾构同步注浆量变化和浆液分布规律,以某大断面泥水盾构隧道全线同步注浆量实测数据为依据,采用全断面分区和各线型分段处理相结合的方法,分别分析全线各孔平均注浆量及其分布范围,直线段、上坡段、下坡段和曲线段的注浆量变化规律和各孔浆液分布范围。结果表明:全断面注浆量基本呈现出左右对称分布,上中下各孔平均注浆量比例约为5∶3∶2;在直线上坡段,平均注浆量随埋深逐渐减小,而在直线下坡段平均注浆量随埋深逐渐增大;曲线段每环两侧注浆量是不对称的,呈右曲线段左侧注浆量较大,左曲线段右侧注浆量较大,且曲线段超挖部分平均注浆率较大。
In order to study the variation of synchronous grouting volume and slurry distribution range of the large-section slurry shield tunnel,the methods of the section partition and line segment treatment are used. This paper analyzes the average grouting volume and distribution range of each grouting hole,and the variation of the grouting volume and distribution range for line,uphill,downhill and curve segments according to the measured data of the synchronous grouting volume of the large-section slurry shield tunnel. The results show that the distribution range of grouting volume is symmetrical for both left and right sides of the whole section,and the proportion of the grouting volume for upper,middle and down holes is about 5 ∶ 3 ∶ 2. The average grouting volume for the uphill segment is reduced with the change of the buried depth,and the variation of the downhill segment is increased. In addition,the distribution range of the grouting volume is asymmetric for both left and right sides of each segment on the curve of the shield tunnel,and the grouting volume of the left side on right curve segment of the shield tunnel is larger and the same is true of the right side on the left curve segment of the shield tunnel,and the average grouting rate is very big at the overcut of curve segments.
