摘要
为提高铁路隧道防灾救援效率,完善铁路隧道运营安全体系,探索运营铁路隧道灾害监测报警及救援疏散的一体化解决方案,通过对运营铁路隧道灾害危险源研究及灾害风险分析,针对火灾、水灾、有害气体等主要灾害,结合运营铁路隧道防灾救援存在问题和运营维护需求,提出铁路隧道防灾救援监控与报警一体化系统总体架构、分级分层设备配置、报警及联动控制救援功能,提升铁路隧道防灾救援系统性能,并对一体化技术发展做出展望。
To improve the efficiency of railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue,perfect the railway tunnel operation safety system,and explore the integrated solution for operating railway tunnel disaster monitoring and alarming and rescue evacuation,this paper puts forward the integration of railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue monitoring in terms of alarm system overall architecture,hierarchically layered device configuration,alarm and linkage control rescue function,based on operating railway tunnel disaster hazards research and disaster risk analysis of major disasters like fire,flood and harmful gas. The integration is expected to meet the requirements of operating railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue,operation and maintenance,and improve the performance of the railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue system. The future development of the integrated technology is also visualized.
