基于HL7 CDA的移动电子病历设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Mobile Electronic Medical Record Based on HL7 CDA

为使医院信息系统更好地服务于病患者,基于HL7CDA设计了移动电子病历。遵循HL7CDA国际标准对移动电子病历信息的结构与语义进行定义,根据HL7中国委员会发布的5个CDA规范,在内容上对移动电子病历进行规范;在信息编码方面使用国际通用或已发布的标准或编码系统,使用XSL技术对CDA文档样式进行定义,完成移动电子病历可视化。以智能手机作为移动病历可视化和管理的载体,实现真正意义上个人病历文件的移动存储和管理。

This article studies the design and implementation of mobile electronic medical records based on the HL7 CDA. We de fine the structure and semantics of mobile electronic medical record information according to the HL7 CDA international stand ards. We regulate the content of mobile electronic medical records according to the HL7 China released five CDA norms. For in formation coding, we use the internationally accepted and published standards or coding system. To implement the CDA docu ment style definition, we employ XSL technology. Finally, we design an Android application as a vehicle for mobile case visualization and management that enables the mobile storage and management of personal medical records in its true sense.
