摘要
为适应铁路系统分布式控制以及铁路设备数字化、智能化的发展方向,提出一种适用于分布式全电子计算机联锁系统的智能转辙机及其自适应控制算法。该转辙机具备网络接口,使用光纤环网代替原有的转辙机控制电路,结合智能控制模块、无刷直流电机和高精度位移传感器等技术,实现转辙机应具有的动作、表示和锁闭的功能,并且具备电机电流、电压和道岔位移等模拟量的实时采集和上传功能;同时针对转辙机在不同使用环境下,道岔摩擦系数和负载不确定的情形,设计自适应控制算法。实验证明,智能转辙机可实现上述功能,且自适应算法能有效确保转辙机转动位移的精度。
In order to meet the requirements on intelligent railway for distributed control, digitization and intelligentization, this paper proposes an intelligent switch machine for distributed electronic computer interlocking system and its adaptive control algorithm. The intelligent switch machine with network interface uses optical fiber ring network instead of the original control circuit and combines the intelligent control module, permanent magnet brushless DC motor and high precision displacement sensor to achieve such switch functions as switch movements, expression and locking, in addition to collecting and up-loading in real time simulation parameters of motor voltage and current, and switch movement. Besides,due to the uncertain switch fraction coefficiency and the load in different environment, an adaptive control algorithm for the intelligent switch machine is proposed. Experiment results show that the above mentioned functions of switch can be fulfilled and the algorithm is effective in maintaining switch control precision.
