中国和毛里塔尼亚医疗卫生合作的现状与未来

Present and Future of Medical Cooperation between China and Mauritania

作为中国在阿拉伯地区的传统友好伙伴和"一带一路"沿线的重点国别,毛里塔尼亚是中国在卫生领域重要的援助对象。在过去的半个世纪里,中国通过派遣医疗队、援建医疗基础设施、援建专科医疗中心、关注城市水环境的改善等方式介入到毛塔的医疗卫生事业发展中来,见证和参与了毛塔卫生事业的长足发展。随着中毛在医疗卫生方面了解互动的加深和"一带一路"倡议的推进,毛塔对中国的医疗卫生合作产生了全新的期待,针对毛塔新的需求,中国政府应在第七届中非合作论坛北京峰会的政策纲领下,制定基于毛塔医疗卫生基础的国别化医疗卫生合作政策,卫生援助从全面援助向专科专项医疗援助调整,确立医疗卫生学术合作为毛塔公共卫生事业的发展提供智力支持,并在医疗设备的维护中成为更具效率的合作伙伴。

As a traditional partner in Arab region and a key country along the way of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, Mauritania is an important recipient of Chinese health aid. In the past half-century, China has intervened in the development of health development by dispatching Chinese medical team, constructing infrastructure in health, building special medical centers and focusing on the improvement of urban water environment, which has achieved great development in the health of Mauritania. With the deepening of the understanding of the interaction in the area of health and the advancement of the proposal of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, Mauritania government has a new look for China-Mauritania health cooperation, and it looks forward to having a new health cooperational policy based on the development of health in Mauritania to shift from comprehensive assistance to specialist medical assistance and to establish academic cooperation of medical and health, which provides intellectual support for the development of public health and plays a more efficient role in the maintenance of medical equipment.
