岚台文化融合推进策略研究

Study on Advancement Strategy of Cultural Fusion between Pingtan and Taiwan

文化融合是促进两岸同胞文化认同、"心灵契合"的关键途径。现阶段岚台文化融合表现出以中华文化为主线、互补性强、现代性等特征,同时面临移居台胞比例较低、文化合作层次单一及共同生活参与度不高等现实问题。岚台文化融合是一个渐进的过程,应通过挖掘闽台及岚台文化的相通之处、简繁并用、推进社会各层面文化交流来促进岚台文化交流;通过产业链对接、营造创业条件、加快高校建设来深化岚台文化对接;通过培养"新平潭文化"、建设"新平潭文化"标志建筑、创新有影响力的文化节庆、构建"新平潭"区域文化识别体系来推动和促进岚台文化融合发展。

Culture fusion is the crucial path to promote the cultural identity and ＂mental conjunction＂ between people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. At the present stage, the culture integration between Pingtan and Taiwan has the characteristics including taking Chinese culture as a thread, strong complementarity and outstanding modernity. Meanwhile, there are some practical problems, such as low proportion of Taiwan compatriots in Pingtan, single hierarchy of cultural cooperation and poor participation of joint life. So culture fusion between Pingtan and Taiwan is a gradual process. We should promote cultural exchanges between Pingtan and Taiwan by exploring the cultural similarities between Fujian and Taiwan, and even Pingtan and Taiwan, combining simplicity and complexity, and promoting cultural exchanges at all levels of society. We should deepen cultural links between Pingtan and Taiwan by connecting industrial chains, creating entrepreneurial conditions, and speeding up the construction of universities. We should cultivate ＂the new Pingtan culture＂, construct the landmark building of ＂the new Pingtan culture＂, innovate influential festivals, and structure the region cultural identification system of ＂the new Pingtan＂, in order to promote and accelerate the culture fusion between Pingtan and Taiwan.
