外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

The Effect of External Fixed Adjustable Support and Traditional Chinese Medicine Splint on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2018年3月在我院就诊的120例老年膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60)和治疗组(n=60),对照组单纯采用外固定可调支具对患者进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用中医夹板对患者进行治疗。在治疗前、治疗后2周和4周分别采用骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表对两组患者进行评估。结果两组患者WOMAC各项指标评分与治疗时间相关,各时间点之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者WOMAC各项指标评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IL-1、IL-6和IL-8水平显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NO水平增加,而ET-1水平降低(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎比单纯使用外固定可调支具治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效更显著,症状改善更明显。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of external fixed adjustable support and traditional Chinese medicine splint on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to compare the curative effect of treatment of knee osteoarthritis with simple external fixation of knee joint. METHODS 120 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint from February 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group （n=60） and the treatment group （n=60）. The control group was treated with the external fixation and adjustable support, while the treatment group was treated with the Chinese medicine splint on the basis of the control group. The Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） scale was used to evaluate the two groups before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. RESULTS The scores of each index of WOMAC in the two groups were related to the time of treatment. There was a significant difference between each time point （P〈0.01） , The score of each index of WOMAC in the two groups had a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group level of IL-l, IL-6 and IL-8 was lower than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The two project could improve endothelial function （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of treatment group was higher than in the control group （95.00%VS80.00%, P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with external fixator and traditional Chinese medicine splint to treat osteoarthri-tis of the knee was more significant, and the symptoms were improved obviously.
