硫酸钛水解法制备偏钛酸粉体 被引量:2

摘要 通过硫酸钛水解法制备偏钛酸粉体。采用控制变量法研究各因素对硫酸钛溶液水解过程的影响;水解产物为偏钛酸,呈球状。结果表明,其他条件恒定时,升高水解温度、延长水解时间、降低溶液原始浓度均可起到提高水解率的作用;各因素对水解率的影响程度大小依次为:温度>水解时间>溶液原始浓度。 Metatitanic acid powder was prepared by hydrolysis method of titanium sulfate. The influence of various factors on the hydrolysis process of titanium sulfate solution was studied by means of the controlled variable method. The hydrolysis product is metatitanic acid which exhibits granular shape. The results showed that increasing hydrolysis tempera- ture, prolonging hydrolysis time and decreasing the original concentration of solution could improve the hydrolysis rate when other conditions were constant. The influence degrees of each factor on the hydrolysis rate were as follows:temperature 〉 hydrolysis time 〉 solu- tion original concentration.
