高精度测微计检定标准厚度片的研究

Research on the Standard Thickness Gauge of High Precision Micrometer

本文提出利用高精度测微计代替三等量块和电感比较仪检定标准厚度片的检定方法,通过对检定结果的测量不确定度评定,论证了高精度测微计检定标准厚度片方法的可行性和直观易操作性。

In this paper,a method of calibrating standard thickness sheet by using high precision micrometer instead of third-class gauge block and inductance comparator is proposed. The feasibility and visual operability of the method of calibrating standard thickness sheet by high precision micrometer are demonstrated by evaluating the measurement uncertainty of calibration results.
