摘要
通过对时差法多声道超声波流量计工作原理进行分析,根据体积流量计算公式,结合天然气贸易计量中的实际应用,综合分析了噪声、温度、压力、脏污、天然气组分、流场形态、超声换能器安装效应对多声道超声波计量系统精度的影响,并提出改进措施,以期为实现精准计量和效益最大化提供参考依据。
According to the principle of the transit time ultrasonic gas flow meter,volume flow formula and practical application in gas trade metering,this article analyzes the main factors affecting metering precision,such as noise,temperature,pressure,squalidity,natural gas component,flow adaptation,installation effect. The author sums up improvement measures as references for resulting in the best metering precision and the most benefits.
