摘要
关键测量设备在武器装备的科研生产过程中发挥着重要作用,目前其计量管理仍处于到期校准的简单控制模式,不能适应武器装备科研生产的计量保证需求。结合武器装备科研生产特点,提出关键测量设备的甄别筛选原则,提出稳定性数据分析、动态调整校准周期以及期间核查三种计量管理控制方法。三种计量管理控制方法需要结合武器装备型号特点、任务量大小、任务时间结点、型号线设备配置以及设备现场使用状况灵活选用,能进一步提升型号计量保障水平。
The key measurement equipments are playing important roles in scientific research and production procedure of weaponry and equipment,but the metrological management is still in the simple control mode that the key measurement equipments are calibrated when they become due,the management method can't adapt to metrological guarantee demand of weaponry and equipment research and production. We put forward the screening principle to the key measurement equipments according to the facts of weaponry and equipment research and production,sum up three kinds of metrological management control methods including stability data analysis,dynamic adjustment of calibration period and period check. Three kinds of metrological management control methods should be applied flexibly according to the Model features of weaponry and equipment,quota size,task timeline,equipment configuration for the Model line and equipments field use,these methods can improve further the metrological guarantee level for the Model line.
