摘要
简述比对要求和方法,详细分析了测量量块中心长度的主要误差来源,包括:标准量块中心长度测量不确定度分量、比较差值估算的不确定度分量、标准量块与被测量块膨胀系数差给出的分量、标准量块与被测量块间的温度差给出的分量。并评定这些误差来源对测量值的影响。
In this paper,requirements and methods of gauge block comparision are sketched,as well as analyzing main error sources on measurement of gauge block central length,which include: standard gauge block center length measurement uncertainty component,uncertainty component caused by comparative difference value's estimation,uncertainty component associated with the differential expansion coefficient of standard and measured gauge block,uncertainty component which results from the temperature difference between standard and measured gauge block. Additionally,evaluate the influence of these error sources on the measurement results.
