摘要
本文介绍一种用于传感器校准的10mV直流电压表信号源的设计电路,该电路通过对电阻、齐纳基准的合理选配,实现了年稳定度5×10-4(10mV)的技术指标,对高准确度直流测量设备的研制具有较好的参考意义。
The design circuit of a lOmV DC vohmeter signal source for sensor calibration is introduced in this pa-per. Through the reasonable selection of resistance and zener reference, the circuit realizes the technical index of 1000 hour stability 2×10^-5(lOmV) , and has a good reference significance for the development of high accuracy DC measurement equipment.
