摘要
基于朗伯比尔定律,使用紫外可见分光光度计的工作曲线法,对微量移液器(1~5)μL容量的校准方法进行了实验研究,并对方法的计量溯源性和不确定度进行了阐述和评定;通过光度法与衡量法测量值的比较,证明了光度法校准移液器的可靠性。光度校准方法对测量环境的要求较低,并可有效降低液体蒸发对测量的影响。
Based on the Lambert -Beer law, using the working curve method of UV -visible spectrophotometer, astudy on Locomotive pipette calibration method for capacity of ( 1 - 5 ) μL was carried out. The traceability and un- certainty of the method was evaluated as well. The reliability of the method is proved by comparison with the meas-urement result of weighting method. The method has a low requirement for measuring environment and can effective- ly reduce the influence of liquid evaporation on measurement.
