在皖北历史上,养生思想的形成和发展有着良好的环境和浓厚的氛围,养生大家层层辈出,皖北地区受养生思想影响深远。但长期以来,公开发表的养生思想论文仅有数百篇,主要集中在养生历史文献整理、养生思想起源与发展、养生思想不同学派比较等几个研究方向,忽视了地域因素在其思想形成中的重要作用。鉴于此,本研究主要对皖北历史人物养生思想进行全面集中梳理,并初步探究地域因素对皖北地区养生思想形成的影响。

In the history of northern Anhui, the formation and development of the health care system has a favorable environment and a strong atmosphere, and the people have been raised in a lot of ways, and it can be seen that the thought of health care in northern Anhui is far -reaching. For a long time, it can be seen that only healthy papers have been published hundreds of papers, and mainly concentrated in the history of literature, keeping in good health thoughts origin and development, healthy different schools compare several research directions, ignored the geographical factors in its thought form. In view of this, this paper mainly focuses on the above historical characters health thoughts, and preliminarily explores the influenee of geographical factors on the formation of health care in northern Anhui province.
