美人之美——苏州工业园区星湾学校集团化办学的实践与探索

摘要 集团化办学是当下基础教育阶段,实现学校高位、优质、均衡发展的一种有效方式。苏州工业园区星湾学校多年来致力于集团化办学的实践与探索,以"学校共同体"为依托,统筹规划、深度整合,既注重顶层设计,又细化各项研究。在尊重差异、文化互融的基础上,通过采取"三个统一""三个无差别""四个共享"的基本策略,实现了集团内教师、学生、学校的共同发展。 Collectivized school running is an effective way of realizing the high-level, quality and balanced development in the stage of basic education. Over the years, our school has been working on the practice and exploration of collectivized school running. Based on school community, we have made an overall planning and a deep integration, emphasizing top-level design and refining every item of research. On the basis of respecting differences and cultural integration, our school proposes the basic strategies of “three unities” , “three non-disparities” , and “four sharing” , only to realize the joint development of teachers, students and school within the group.
