区域推进中职公共选修课程建设的策略与路径

摘要 公共选修课程作为中职课程体系的重要组成部分,目前课程地位被弱化,课程资源相对匮乏,教师课程开发与实施能力较弱,不能很好地适应学生个性化学习需求。为此,需要职业学校及教育管理与科研部门在一定程度上增强公共选修课程建设与教学改革的意识并加大推进力度,按照"行政推动、科研引领、教研驱动、市校共建、区域共享"总体建设思路,构建合理策略,采取合适途径与措施,推进课程建设,满足学生多样化学习需求,促进个性化发展。 As an important part of secondary vocational curriculum system, the status of public elective courses has been weakened, the curriculum resources are relatively scarce, and the teachers' ability of curriculum development and implementation is weak, which cannot well meet the needs of the students' personalized learning. Therefore, it is necessary for vocational schools and educational management and scientific research departments to enhance the awareness of the construction of public elective courses and teaching reform to a certain extent, and to intensify the promotion. In accordance with the overall construction ideas of "administrative promotion, scientific research guidance, teaching and research driven, city-school co-construction and regional sharing", reasonable strategies should be constructed and appropriate approaches should be adopted. Meanwhile, measures should be taken to promote curriculum development, meet the students' diversified learning needs, and promote their personalized development.
