苏南地区职业院校学生就业现状调查与策略研究

Investigation and Strategic Research on the Employment Status of Vocational College Students in Southern Jiangsu

职业院校学生就业质量关系到每个学生家庭、每个学生自身的切身利益,也是促进地方经济发展,推动产业结构转型升级的重要影响因素。以昆山市第二中等专业学校为研究对象,基于对2013—2017年毕业生就业数据分析,发现存在的问题,在分析研究的基础上,提出针对性的对策建议,具有科学性和可操作性,也为苏南同类职业院校学生就业管理提供有价值的借鉴和参考。

The employment quality of vocational college students is related to the vital interests of the students and their families, and it is also an important factor to boost the local economic development and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Based on the analysis of the employment data of the graduates from 2013 to 2017 in Kunshan No.2 Secondary Vocational School, this paper finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the con＇esponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of analysis and researches, which are scientific and operable. Meanwhile, the paper also provides valuable information and reference for the employment management of the students in similar vocational colleges in southern Jiangsu.
