军事大数据已成为各国新一轮军事科技竞争的战略制高点。介绍了当前我国军事大数据在指挥作战系统、装备建设、情报工作、军事训练以及反恐中的应用,并就军事大数据应用中的安全与法律风险提出了加强技术开发投入,加强大数据监管,推动大数据立法,重视大数据知识产权保护,积极参与国际大数据立法等应对措施。

Military big data has become the commanding point in the new round of competition in military science and technology between different countries. The application of military big data in combat command system,equipment construction,information analysis,military training,and antiterrorism was described with countermeasures proposed for the risks of security and laws in application of military big data,namely increasing the investment in development technology,strengthening the supervision of big data,speeding up the legislation of big data,attaching importance to the intellectual property protection of big data,and participating in the international legislation of big data.
