摘要 简述了大数据的特征和基于大数据的人工智能技术的发展和应用,解析了实现人工智能的技术途径和所涉及的关键技术,从提高装备管理的科学化、便捷化水平,提高故障诊断速度和准确性,使作战行动更加安全高效,使军事决策更加客观全面等4个方面论述了大数据和人工智能技术对军事装备发展和决策水平的影响。 After the characteristics of big data,the development and application of big data-based intelligent technology were outlined,the methods and key technologies for the implementation of artificial intelligence were analyzed,the effects of big data and artificial intelligent technology on the development of military equipments and military decision-making were elaborated in aspects of scientific and convenient management of military equipments,diagnostic speed and accuracy of faults occurred in military equipments,safe and effective combat operations,objective and comprehensive military decision-making.
