摘要
建筑行业中塔吊利用率的高低是决定工程进度的重要环节。目前,工地上塔吊的分布和调度都是人为决定的,缺乏数据及科学依据,存在预留量大或调度不合理等问题,导致间接经济损失。针对该问题,引入混合粒子群算法(Hy-brid Particle Swarm Optimization,HPSO),对建立的基于提高塔吊利用率的工期问题模型进行优化求解,为提高塔吊利用率提供理论依据。通过对某工地塔吊的实际作业调度的应用,验证了混合粒子群算法在塔吊分配应用中的可行性和合理性。
The utilization of the tower crane in the construction industry is an important part in determining |he progress of the project. At present, the distribution and dispatching of towers on the site are all made the decisions by men, lack of data and scien- tific bases, exist large reserves or unreasonable scheduling problems, and result in the indirect economic losses. Aiming at this problem, the hybrid particle swarm optimization (HPSO) algorithm is introduced, optimizes the construction of the model based on improving the utilization of the tower crane, and provides a theoretical basis for improving the utilization of the tower crane. The feasi- bility and rationality of the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm in the tower crane distribution are verified by the application of the actual job scheduling of a site crane.
