基于数字人模型的生物体快速反演模型建立与实验验证

摘要 为了研究有限元建立数字人模型的合理性与准确性,以用于实际的爆炸冲击反演中。论文提出了利用数字人模型建模方法建立快速反演简化模型,在建模中,在有限元前处理软件ANSYS ICEM CFD中进行单元网格划分,并生物体测量数据为模型各部分指定相应的几何参数,根据组织特性设置材料特性参数;在有限元软件ANSYS LS-DYNA中完成有限元模型建模,并通过等效实验来验证。利用数字人模型建模方法建立了快速反演有限元模型,通过分析模型计算结果与实验结果,得出计算结果与实验结果基本相符。利用CT数据集建立数字人模型的方法,能够完成近似真实物态环境的反演有限元模型的重建,模型能够满足进行人体胸部损伤特性研究的需要。 This study aims to study the reasonability and accuracy of a finite element model (FEM) built using digital human model construction to apply it to actual explosion impact inversion. A simplified rapid inversion model is proposed by using digital human modeling. In modeling, cell mesh generation is performed by using preprocessing software (ANSYS ICEM CFD), measured organism data are used as the corresponding geometrical parameters of all specified parts, and material characteristics parameters are set according to tissue characteristics. FEM construction is completed in the ANSYS LS-DYNA software and verified by an equivalent experiment. The rapid inversion FEM is built by employing digital human model construction. Through analysis, it is coneluded that the calculation result is ahnost consistent with the experimental result. By building the digital human model based on a CT dataset, the FEM inversion model of an approximately actual material environment can be rebuilt, and the model can be used to study human thorax injury characteristics.
