摘要
采用动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了密接式车钩冲击连挂三维模型,利用该模型分析了在车钩的冲击连挂过程中车钩缓冲器所受冲击力的变化,冲击力最大峰值力为606kN。对其冲击力进行仿真分析,能够得到车钩缓冲器所受冲击力的变化情况,对密接式车钩的性能研究具有参考作用。
The dynamic analysis software ADAMS is used to establish a three dimensional model of the impact coupling of a tight-lock coupler. The model is used to analyze the change of the impact force of the coupler bumper during the impact connection of the coupler, and the maximum impact force of the impact force is 606kN. Through the simulation analysis of the impact force, the impact force of the coupler buffer can be obtained, which has a reference function for the study of the tight coupling coupler.
