摘要
对客车骨架的矩形钢管内未填充及填充3种不同材料的方案进行仿真与测试,对填充性能良好的客车进行侧翻仿真和实车试验。结果证明,管内填充材料的方法可提高客车上部结构强度,增加车身结构吸能性。
The authors simulate and test the schemes of unfilled material and filled with three different materials in the square tubes of coach body frame,and do the rollover simulation and real coach test to the coach which filled performance is good. The result shows that the method of filled with materials in the tubes can improve the strength of the coach upper structure and increase the energy absorption of the coach body structure.
