摘要
介绍了海绵城市的概念及提出背景,从设计理念与技术措施等方面研究了中国海绵城市试点应用现状,提出建议并展望其新兴发展趋势,为我国海绵城市建设不断积累经验。
The paper introduces the concept and background of the sponge city,studies the present situation of the pilot application of the Chinese sponge city from the aspects of the design concept and technical measures,and puts forward some suggestions and prospects its emerging development trend so as to accumulate experience for the construction of the sponge city in China.
