摘要
太原市滨河体育中心改造工程新建场馆采用焊接球形网架,比赛中庭尺寸约为68 m×42 m,该区域网架采取地面平整完成后,采用液压整体提升技术将网架提升,其中,网架球体杆件定位、提升埋件固定、提升设备选型、提升速率及同步性是整体提升技术的控制重点,相较于传统的安装方式,切实提高了施工效率且大大提高安装精度。
The new stadium of Taiyuan Riverside Sports Center is built with welded spherical grid. The size of the competition atrium is about68 m × 42 m. After the surface of the area is finished,the net frame is lifted by the hydraulic integral lifting technology. Among them,the key points of the whole lifting technology are the positioning of the spherical members,the fixing of the embedded parts,the selection of the lifting equipment,the speed and synchronization of the lifting equipment. Compare with traditional installation method,effectively improve construction efficiency and greatly improve installation accuracy.
