旧桥拆除汽车吊作用结构计算分析与建议

摘要 为了研究旧桥拆除汽车吊作用效果和施工方法,以人和大桥旧桥上部结构为8×16 m简支T梁为例,分析汽车吊在桥面作用时结构的受力状态,对原桥结构进行复算和分析,并给出建议:160 t汽车吊作用在边梁时加强对结构的裂缝和挠度的观测,实际施工时要在开裂汽车吊支腿下放铺垫1. 2 m×1. 2 m×0. 02 m钢板,支腿位置尽可能的设置在主梁上方防止桥面板应力集中,其研究结果可供同类工程项目参考借鉴。 In order to study the the effect and the construction method,a simple T beam with a superstructure of 8 × 16 m is taken as an example to analyze the stress state of the structure when the car crane is acting on the bridge surface. It is suggested that the structure of the cracks and deflection observation should be strengthened when 160 t vehicle crane role when the side beams to strengthen the observation of structural cracks and deflection,1. 2 m × 1. 2 m × 0. 02 m steel plate should be placed under the cracking crane leg,leg position is set in the main girder above as soon as possible to prevent bridge panel stress concentration,leg support position should be placed in the main girder above as soon as possible to prevent bridge panel stress concentration,the results can be used for reference in the similar engineering project.
