Based on an example of highway tunnel excavation,this paper expounds the construction method of tunnel excavation in detail,and from the protection of ligthing safety in the tunnel,the orderly use of various electrical facilities,the establishment of all-round emergency plan and other aspects,discusses in detail its omnidirectional safety measures in order to improve the safety degree of tunnel construction.
