施工企业竣工结算是一项专业性强且时间跨度很长的工作,不单单是工程竣工后才开始考虑的工作,从招投标开始直至竣工,期间所进行的造价管理工作都是为竣工结算服务的,竣工结算的好坏关系到建设单位的投资金额和施工企业的经济效益。从工程招投标阶段、合同签订阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段四个阶段阐述施工企业竣工结算的全过程管理,并提出一些建议。

Construction enterprise completion settlement is a kind of professional and long-span-time work,which is not only considered after the engineering completion. In fact,from the tendering phase to the completion phase,all cost management serves for the completion settlement.Therefore,completion settlement determines construction unit’s investment quantity and construction enterprise economy benefit. The paper describes the whole-process management of construction enterprise completion settlement from four phases including engineering bidding phase,contract signing phase,construction phase and completion phase,and finally puts forward some suggestions.
