摘要
以施工企业土建工程造价全过程管理为课题,经分析发现该方面的问题主要体现为施工、材料、施工安全等方面。指出在全过程管理过程中,土建工程造价单位应完善隐蔽工程验收策略、措施费控制策略、周转材料管理策略、工程资料管理策略、预结算管理策略、现场变更签证管理策略等。同时,施工企业单位还需在工程造价全过程管理现场加强监督索赔管理,提高部门之间的协调性与沟通力度,优化施工计划。
This research focuses on the whole process management of civil engineering cost in construction enterprises. Through analysis,it is found that the problems in this area are mainly reflected in the aspects of construction,materials,construction safety,etc.. In response,this study pointed out that in the whole process of management,the civil engineering cost unit should perfect the concealed engineering acceptance strategy,measure fee control strategy,turnover material management strategy,engineering data management strategy,pre-settlement management strategy,site change visa management strategy,etc.. At the same time,the construction enterprise units need to strengthen the supervision of claim management,improve coordination and communication among departments and optimize the construction plan in the whole process of project cost management.
