从虚假招标、私下签订合同、监督力度不够大等方面,分析了当前建筑工程招投标过程中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的解决对策,以促使规范有序、公平、公正的建筑市场的形成,有效促进我国建筑工程管理体制的深入改革。

From the false bidding,underground contract signing,insufficient supervision and other aspects,this paper analyzed the existing problems in present building engineering bidding process,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures,to promote the formation of standardized,orderly,fair and just construction market,effectively promote the depth reform of building engineering management system in China.
