摘要
对渝昆高速铁路引入长水机场的必要性进行综合分析。用类比方法分析渝昆高速铁路引入长水机场的客流需求及空铁联运的适宜模式,从工程可行性、长水机场改扩建及长水综合交通枢纽建设等方面进一步论述引入条件。结果表明:渝昆高速铁路引入长水机场后有充足的客源支撑;为便于旅客换乘、保证服务质量、吸引客流,长水机场宜采用一体式的空铁联运模式;渝昆高速铁路引入长水机场工程上是可行的,同时也赶上了长水机场增建T2航站楼及云南省打造长水综合交通枢纽的好时机。渝昆高速铁路引入长水机场无疑是必要的。
The paper comprehensively analyzes the necessity for drawing Chongqing-Kunming Highspeed Railway into Kunming Changshui International Airport. It analyzes,by means of analogy,the passenger demand and the suitable mode of air-rail integrated transportation for drawing Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway into Kunming Changshui International Airport and further explains the drawing conditions in terms of engineering feasibility,upgradation of Kunming Changshui International Airport and construction of Changshui Integrated Transportation Hub. The results show that there is sufficient passenger demand after the drawing; the air-rail integrated transportation mode is favorable for Changshui International Airport so as to facilitate passenger transfer and ensure service quality and attract passengers; it is feasible in engineering to draw Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway into Kunming Changshui International Airport and seize the opportunity of constructing an additional T2 terminal of Changshui International Airport and creating Changshui Integrated Transportation Hub by Yunnan Province. Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to draw Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway into Kunming Changshui International Airport.
