摘要
为提高房建工程地基沉降计算的精确性与计算速度,借助ADINA数值模拟软件,以湖北武汉市中北春天住宅楼为实例对象,建立三维数学模型计算求解,并将计算结果依次与实测值、分层总和法计算结果进行对比。研究结果显示,ADINA数值计算速度快、计算精度高,建模难度小,可以很好地反映房建工程地基沉降情况。
To improve the accuracy and speed of calculating foundation settlement of housing con struction project, ADINA numerical simulation software is applied to establish a three dimension al mathematical model based on the Zhongbei Spring residential building in Wuhan, Hubei Prov ince, and the calculation results are compared with the measured values and the calculation results of stratified summation method in turn. The research results show that ADINA has fast humeri cal calculation speed, high calculation precision and small modeling difficulty, which can well reflect the settlement of foundation in housing construction proiects.
