工匠精神视域下高职会计专业学生职业素养的培育与实践研究

Research on Cultivating Accountancy Majors' Professional Qualities in Higher Vocational College under the Perspective of Craftsmen Spirit

工匠精神是当前社会关注的焦点,在经济飞速发展的时代背景下,要使"中国制造"更多走向"优质制造"、"精品制造",不仅需要工匠精神的传承,更需要工匠精神的培育。如何培育一批职业技能强、职业素养高的大国工匠,是现代高职教育的一项重要任务。文章通过分析工匠精神视域下高职会计专业学生应当具备的职业素养,提出培育学生职业素养的有效路径。

Nowadays ,with the rapid development of economy, craftsmen spirit has been focused. If we make made in China enterprises move to high quality or excellent manufacturing , we should inherit and cultivate craftsmen spirit. It is an important task for vocational college to think about how to foster skill oriented and well educated craftsmen. Professional qualities possessed by accountancy students in vocational college is analyzed under the perspective of craftsmen spirit ,so as to provide effective training path to cultivate students＇ professional qualities.
