摘要
当前人才评价机制在认识、管理、运用等诸多方面存在一些问题。针对人才评价实践存在的政策保障、思想认识、标准建设、社会环境、评价主体等方面问题,分析人才评价机制改革的重点,认为应推进人才评价机制市场化、制度化、专业化和标准化。
Some problems in cognition, management and application exist in talent evaluation mechanism. For the problems of talent evaluation mechanism existing in policy support , aware- ness of thoughts , standard construction, social environment and subiect of evaluation, the re- form of talent evaluation mechanism should focus on marketing, institutionalization , specializa tion, and standardization.
