Ga_2O_3形貌对固相法制备YAGG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉的影响

摘要 以Al_2O_3、Y_2O_3和Ga_2O_3为原料、CeO_2为激活剂,Ba F2和H3BO3为助熔剂,研究了Ga_2O_3的形貌对高温固相法制备YAGG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉的合成过程及最终产物的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、场发射电子显微镜、激光粒度仪及荧光粉激发光谱特性和热猝灭分析系统对YAGG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉进行表征。结果表明:在本实验条件下,短棒状体Ga_2O_3,相比于长柱体Ga_2O_3制备出的YAGG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉发光效率更高,晶体结构更趋完善。 YAGG:Ce^3+ phosphor powders were prepared by solid-state reaction method using Al 2O 3, Y 2O 3 and Ga 2O 3 as raw materials, CeO 2 as activator and BaF 2 and H 3BO 3 as flux. The impact of Ga 2O 3 morphology on YAGG:Ce^3+ phosphor powders synthesis process and final product was studied. The YAGG:Ce^3+ phosphor powders were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD ), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM ), laser particle size analyzer and the spectrum characteristics and thermal quenching analysis system of phosphor measurements. The result in this experiment condition showed that in comparison with long-column shape Ga 2O 3 powders, the short rod-like Ga 2O 3 powders was easier to get the YAGG:Ce^3+ phosphor powders with high luminous efficiency and perfect crystalline structure.
