膨润土在织物柔软剂中应用的研制

摘要 介绍了用一种新疆地产的钠基膨润土,加入十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、硅酸钠、硫酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠来制备成本低、方法简单的膨润土织物柔软剂。通过正交试验得出制备膨润土织物柔软剂的最佳配比为膨润土45 g、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱7 m L、硅酸钠5 g、硫酸钠12 g。并对其进行了分散稳定性、柔软效果、再湿润性等性能测试,结果表明:制备的膨润土织物柔软剂与市售柔软剂效果相同。 A way that used 45 g local Xinjiang bentonite, 7 mL BS-12, 5 g sodium sulphate, 12 g sodium silicate and EDTA-2Na to make a fabric softener was introduced. The preparation method was simple and the cost was low. The optimum proportion of bentonite fabric softener was 45 g bentonite, 7 mL dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 5 g sodium silicate and 12 g sodium sulfate. The dispersion stability, soft effect, re-wetting property and other properties of the product were tested. The results showed that the bentonite fabric softening agent was the same as the market softening agent.
