对气相色谱仪进行日常的清洁除尘是最基本的维护工作,包括对仪器外部和仪器内部元件进行除尘清洗;定期对色谱配件的更换也是日常维护的一部分,如隔垫磨损会导致进样口漏气、衬管使用久了被污染,这便需要检验员对其更换;熟悉气相色谱的安装操作规程也是对检验员的要求,更换载气、替换新的色谱柱等配件,都要求检验员能熟练地将其完好安装。养成良好的维护仪器习惯,对气相色谱应用系统进行日常维护保养。
