中药配伍辅酶Q10凝胶剂的制备工艺优化研究

制备中药配伍辅酶Q10的凝胶剂并对工艺进行优化探究。以多种中药进行大组方配伍,选择最优配比,采用水煮法和乙醇浸泡提取法制备大组方中药提取物浸膏,运用中药提取物与辅酶Q10结合,以卡波姆凝胶为载体,制成外用中药凝胶剂。空白卡波姆凝胶的最优比例为3%,中药配伍辅酶Q10的凝胶剂中的中药提取物浸膏占比3%,辅酶Q10占比1%,按照配伍进行制备,最后得到产品。结论:本实验制得的中药配伍辅酶Q10的凝胶剂对痤疮疗效较好,质量稳定。

Preparation of Chinese medicine coenzyme Q10 gelata and optimization of the process were explored. Alarge number of Chinese herbal medicines were used for compatibility, the best proportion was selected, and the extract ofChinese herbal medicine was prepared by boiling and ethanol soaking. By using Chinese herbal extract and coenzymeQ10, carbomer gel was used as the carrier to prepare topical Chinese medicine gelata. The optimal ratio of blank carbomergel was 3%. Extract of Chinese medicine was accounted for 3% and coenzyme Q10 was accounted for 1% in Chinesemedicine coenzyme Q10 gelata. The prepared Chinese medicine combined with coenzyme Q10 gelata had stable qualityand a good therapeutic effect on acne.
